Reach Residency Hotel - Kochi

The location is pretty much perfect, right in the heart of the city, making transportation easy. Plus, the bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the drinking water just outside my room too!

The staff was rude and unwelcoming, making the whole experience frustrating. To top it off, I encountered mosquitoes and boiling hot water that rendered it impossible to shower properly! The bathroom had a weird sewage smell too. Definitely not worth the money!

I had a great experience for the price I paid; the room was spacious and quiet, made my stay comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the metro station, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Morning meal options could definitely be improved.

There was a big size room in good condition. The staff was excellent, amicable all the time. It was in an exceptionally NICE and best possible location short walk to ernakulam South metro like 600m and the railway station and metro and the bus stop and railway station.

After a long train journey, I finally arrived to find my reservation canceled due to overbooking. There was no one to call for help, and I spent the night wandering around, desperate for a room. What a nightmare!

I always stay at Reach Residency. First time, staff helped me print boarding pass. Place suits perfectly. Free Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, Flat, screen TV. Coming back for trip.

I was excited to stay here and was hopeful for a cozy evening. I found the room small, and it felt like I was in a sauna without a working A/C. The reception guy seemed more interested in his phone than helping. It even had a wall outside the window-talk about a view! not the experience I signed up for. I left at 2 AM, disappointed but alive.
